Pascual Rudas (b. 1982) is a Panamanian artist. He completed his art studies at the Instituto Superior de Bellas Artes (INAC).

He has won multiple art awards such as: Third Place in the 2011 Roberto Lewis National Competition. Rudas has participated in various Collective Exhibitions, a Solo Exhibition (“Mare Nostrum”) and Auctions. Since 2013, he has exhibited his work at Galería Habitante in Panama City, Panama.
